There was a problem with balls.txt in the patch. Copy this file to kitserver13/GDB/balls and replace the existing.

Fix for selector crashes (only use if get crashes with PESEdit Selector)
Put this file to PES 2013 installation folder, replace the existing selector.

Cara Installasi:

sebelum melakukan penginstalan patch 3.8 hapus terlebih dahulu folder kitserver yg ada di C: Porogram files/KONAMI/Pro Evolution Soccer 2013/hapus folder kitserver13. Tapi bagi yg di C: Porogram files/KONAMI/Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 tidak terdapat folder kitserver13nya maka langsung instal aja patch 3.8nya. Langsung aja instal Patch 3.8 ekstrack yg part 1nya aja yg lainnnya akan ngikut sndiri. kemudian double klik installer.exe lalu ikuti langkah selanjutnya sampai patchnya berhasil di instal.
